Reiki has profoundly touched my life, and sharing it with others brings me immense joy. With hundreds of hours working with clients and a strong background in teaching, I love helping people connect with their natural ability to channel universal energy.

Reiki is a Japanese practice of channeling universal energy to support healing, reduce stress, and bring deep relaxation.

  • Rei = “Universal”

  • Ki = “Life force energy”
    Together, Reiki supports balance, stress relief, and natural healing. It uses light touch or no touch, and is accessible to everyone — no experience required.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, empowered, and connected to your innate ability to heal. My hope is that this practice sparks awe, joy, and wonder as you explore the magic of Reiki.
