Reiki has profoundly touched my life, and sharing it with others brings me immense joy. With hundreds of hours working with clients and a strong background in teaching, I love helping people connect with their natural ability to channel universal energy.

Reiki is a Japanese practice of channeling universal energy to support healing, reduce stress, and bring deep relaxation.

  • Ki = “Life force energy”
    Together, Reiki supports balance, stress relief, and natural healing. It uses light touch or no touch, and is accessible to everyone — no experience required.
