This ancient Ayurvedic practice is a game-changer! It clears out toxins, freshens breath, and kickstarts digestion. Honestly, I can’t drink water or eat until I’ve scraped my tongue—it’s become that essential. Warning: Once you start, you won’t go back!
💦 Ice Water Face Dunk
This ritual is new to me, but it’s quickly become a favorite. Dunking my face in ice water tightens pores, reduces puffiness, and gives me an instant energy boost. It’s like a splash of vitality to wake up my senses. Since I don’t drink caffeine in the morning, this has been a perfect alternative.
