Reiki Level 1 Class
A couple of weekends ago, I taught my first Reiki Level 1 Class in Joshua Tree, CA and cannot stop beaming about it!
Teaching my first Reiki Level 1 class was an absolute honor. What a gift to send the benefits of Reiki into my clients’ own hands and watch them discover their own power. 💛 We meditated, practiced, learned, received attunements, and even added in some coloring to make the learning process fun and approachable. My elementary education degree has been craving an outlet, and this class was the perfect way to weave together my love for teaching and energy work.
But what exactly do you learn in Reiki Level 1?

I’m still buzzing from teaching this past weekend in Joshua Tree, and I can’t wait to bring more classes to both San Diego and Joshua Tree.
