Reiki Level 1 Class in Hillcrest – Sunday, October 5, 2025
I’m so excited to invite you to my Reiki Level 1 class this Sunday, October 5, from 10 AM–5 PM at Kava Collective in Hillcrest, San Diego!
Reiki is a Japanese practice of channeling universal energy to support healing, reduce stress, and bring deep relaxation. In this class, I’ll guide you to connect with your own energy to support yourself, family members, and pets. Reiki is accessible to everyone—no prior experience is needed, and everyone is capable of using this practice.
As a Reiki Master Teacher Trainer, I’ll lead you through a hands-on, supportive experience so you can learn, practice, and feel confident using Reiki for yourself at home.
In this Level 1 class, you’ll learn:
✨ The history of Reiki
✨ The Reiki principles and how to incorporate them into daily life
✨ Self-practice techniques to connect with your own energy
✨ How to start a 21-day energy cleanse to enhance your personal energy
You’ll also receive a workbook with all of the practices so you can continue exploring Reiki at home. This class is a fun, practical, and transformative day to connect with your energy, reduce stress, and start a healing practice for yourself, family, and pets.
