Join Us in Sedona This September 🌵
Last year, I had the opportunity to assist on a retreat in Sedona, and I completely fell in love with the experience.
There was something so special about stepping away from everyday life for a few days — slowing down, connecting deeply, spending time in nature, giving space for healing, and witnessing people soften back into themselves. It was one of those experiences that stays with you long after you leave.
In a world that asks so much of us, there’s something deeply nourishing about pausing. About taking a breath. About stepping outside of routine and allowing yourself the time and space to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
That’s why I’m so excited to share that I’ll be returning to Sedona this September 2–6, supporting the retreat by offering massage, somatic practices, and a Myofascial Release class.
This retreat is led by, a wonderful breathwork facilitator and life coach who creates such a grounded, thoughtful, and caring space. The experience beautifully blends personal growth, nervous system support, meaningful connection, rest, and the magic of Sedona itself.
Whether you’re craving a reset, deeper connection, healing, or simply time to exhale, this retreat offers a welcoming environment to land exactly as you are.
