I Finished My Somatic Coaching Training — Here’s What That Means for You

I did it!

I completed my somatic coaching training — and truly, I loved every moment of it.

The depth.
The slowness.
The practice of listening to the body in a way that goes beyond mindset or strategy.

I’m so excited to officially be offering somatic coaching sessions.

If you’ve been curious what that actually means, here’s the heart of it.

Somatic coaching is client-led and experiential.

You bring real topics:
A decision you’re circling.
A relationship dynamic.
Work-life balance.
A sense of feeling stuck or misaligned.

We start there.

Then we slow down.

We ground.
We orient.
We settle the nervous system just enough to listen.

From that place, we begin tuning into what’s happening in your body.

What shifts when you imagine saying yes?
What happens when you picture saying no?
Where does your body feel open?
Where does it brace?

We’re not overriding your thoughts.

We’re including your body in the decision-making process.

Sometimes that looks like noticing subtle contraction and releasing what isn’t serving you.

Sometimes it’s experimenting — adjusting posture, breath, language, or attention — and sensing what creates more alignment.

Sometimes it’s simply building the capacity to stay present with sensation long enough to hear your own wisdom.

There’s no formula.

Each session is different.
Responsive.
Curious.
Grounded.

Over time, clients begin to:
• Recognize activation sooner
• Feel more steady in decisions
• Trust embodied cues
• Expand their capacity for discomfort without shutting down

This work beautifully complements massage.

Massage supports nervous system regulation through safe, therapeutic touch.

Somatic coaching builds awareness and capacity so you can recognize patterns before they become physical tension.

Both are ways of helping you feel more at home in your body.

Individual somatic coaching sessions are available virtually, and packages are offered for those wanting ongoing support.

I’m deeply grateful to be offering this work — and excited to continue growing it alongside my massage practice.

If this resonates, I’d love to work with you.
