Nervous System Reset
Regulate your nervous system. Reconnect to your body. Make aligned decisions.
Come out of survival mode, gently
If your body feels tense, guarded, or like it can’t fully relax, this work is for you.
You may have tried massage, stretching, or taking more time to rest—but the same tension, stress, or pain keeps coming back.
That’s because your body may not just need relief. It may need support learning how to feel safe, regulated, and connected again.
The Nervous System Reset is a 3-month somatic coaching container designed to help shift patterns of stress, overwhelm, and disconnection through the body.
What is the Nervous System Reset?
The Nervous System Reset is a 3-month somatic coaching container with 6 bi-weekly sessions designed to support steady, embodied change over time.
Instead of only talking through challenges, this work focuses on the stress patterns, physical sensations, and nervous system states that shape how your body experiences daily life.
Over time, this creates space for more regulation, steadiness, and ease to build from within. This is where insight becomes embodied.

How the Program Works
The Nervous System Reset is a 3-month container with 6 virtual 60-minute sessions, spaced bi-weekly.
Each session begins with what feels most present — a pattern, stressor, or experience.
From there, we:
Stay with what’s happening in the body
Gently experiment with new ways of relating to it
Support regulation if needed
Allow new insight and clarity to emerge organically
This isn’t about fixing.
It’s about coming back into relationship with your body instead of overriding it.
My Approach
As a massage therapist, myofascial release practitioner, and now somatic coach, I’ve spent years watching how stress lives in the body.
Overthinking isn’t just a personality trait.
It’s often a nervous system state.
This work bridges everything I’ve learned — bodywork, regulation, and embodied awareness — into conversations that create real change.
